"AMD Phenom II Benchmarking Information", The next it goes

"That's All Fake", they said!

Since we published our "AMD Phenom II Benchmarks" yesterday, we've read some comments which were saying:
"That's All Fake, Guys! Blank-background pages with blue links can't ever show you the truth!!!".

So as a re-action, here we are in a non-blank-bg page! With some images which has been taken when we were benchmarking the AMD Phenom II CPU.

 We've been able to overclock this monster on a Biostar TForce TA790GX A2 but since it really isn't an overclocking board, and it can just provide 4 phase of power of the processor, The VRM got so hot that it melt the fiber behind the motherboard (the fiber in the box).
 This heat produced by the VRM was kinda impossible to cool down so it led the motherboard to turn it self off and it didn't boot unless we wait so the VRM cools down, though the CPU was still as cool as 40 Degrees Celsius.
 As you all know, the best way to overclock the Phenom Family is to use motherboards coupled with SB750, but since all of our test boards either didn't have proper BIOS (in case of DFI790GX and also Jetway) or because of lack of enough PWM phases (in case of Biostar TA790GX A2), we were forced to use our old 790FX coupled with the beloved SB600.
 Our last thought is that, when the time is right you'd be able to overclock this monster to 4 GHz easily, with any board which is coupled with SB750 and also has enough juice to feed monster at 4GHz, we also heard that nVIDIA's new chipset will be a good overclocker for this processor :)
 We're counting every second for the new phenom to get launched, it will be the best processor AMD have ever built, and we believe it will be as successful as Hammer in 2003.

AMD Phenom II CPU

 In the following tables "Phenom II 940 3800 OC" means that it has been overclocked from x15 multiplier to x19.

 Temperature of the said CPU was low (under 50c) with "ZALMAN 9700NT fan". You should know that we had Mainboard problems! The best overclocked figure of this CPU is with "SB750 South Birdge" but since this CPU has not BIOS support from any mainboard manufacturer, we couldn't overclock it as maximum as it can support!

 The said CPU was stable at "4200MHZ with ZALMAN 9700NT fan", unfortunately we couldn't install any OS with the mainboard Biostar Tforce TA790GX A2 and the following benchmarks has been taken with "M3A32-MVP Deluxe" in GameWare Labs, Iran.
 We have tried to overclock the CPU using Biostar, Jetway, DFI to have a "SB750 South Bridge", but each of them has various problems. (most with BIOS Problem)
